The 60-Day Guarantee — Full Details

From your purchase date, you have 60 full days to try JillyFil. If, after following the recommended daily dose for at least 30 days, you aren't satisfied — with your results, with the product, or with the experience in any way — we'll issue a complete refund. No explanation needed, no difficult process.

The guarantee applies whether you've used part of the bottle, all of it, or you're somewhere in between. There's no requirement to return unused product for the refund to be processed.

How To Request A Refund

1. Email support@jillyfil.com with your order number and a brief note that you'd like to request a refund under the 60-day guarantee.
2. Our support team will respond, typically within 1 business day, to confirm your request and walk you through any next steps.
3. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after the request is confirmed.

What The Guarantee Covers

• All JillyFil orders placed directly through jillyfil.com, within 60 days of the purchase date.
• All package sizes — 2 bottles, 3 bottles, and 6 bottles.
• Orders where the product has been opened and used, provided at least 30 days of consistent daily use has occurred.

What Is Not Covered

• Orders purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers or marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) — those sellers operate under their own return policies.
• Refund requests submitted after the 60-day window from the purchase date has passed.
• Requests where fewer than 30 days of consistent daily use can be demonstrated (as the formula requires time to build up its full effect).

A Note On Shipping

The 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages include free US shipping. For the 2-bottle package, a shipping fee applies at checkout. Original shipping fees are not refunded as part of a product return.
